The truth I told that made them in Business

I've come to the strange realization that people DON'T generally like being told the truth. They prefer someone who'd tell them lies that make them feel good even though it's digging their graves.

I generally insist on telling people the truth even when it hurts badly. So if you're NOT ready for the truth, now is the right time to leave before someone goes crying to mummy for what I am going to say that made some people hate on me.

Still here?

Well, here is the truth about unemployment...

"If you're unemployed, you are either ignorant or lazy or both."

Now feel free to rain abuses on me. Feel free to roll out all your excuses for being unemployed. Feel free to bring all your arguments.

Are you done?

Ok. If you TRULY know what to do to get employed, you wouldn't be unemployed. So, if you are unemployed, the truth is that you are ignorant of how to get employed even in your peculiar situation.

Next, if you know what to do to get employed and you're still unemployed then it's because you are LAZY to implement what you know.

That's why I laugh when I hear politicians promise to create jobs. I laugh because they'll simply create unsustainable jobs. Unemployment can ONLY be wiped out when you wipe out the IGNORANCE that causes unemployment.

Here's one...

People are spending 5 years and more in universities learning things that the world NO LONGER needs. Therefore, they graduate with certificates that are practically useless.

For example, of what use would knowing shorthand be in our current age?

But it used to be a highly demanded skill. But... No more.

I saw a man who was sending his son to Canada to study petrochemical engineering and I was in awe...

Wasn't this enlightened man aware of the fact that most countries already plan to phase out fossil-fuel driven cars by 2030 (The hard cold truth is that petroleum will soon go the way of coal)? His 16 year old son would be about 28 years then and would be compelled to compete with all existing petrochemical engineers who'd been downsized from their companies.

On the other hand, this father could have encouraged his son to study advanced materials engineering that's bringing about the invention of new compounds like graphene (that's about 18 times stronger than steel).

Couldn't he have encouraged his son to study Big Data analytics, AI, Machine Learning, Programming or one of the fields of study that are fast exploding but highly under-served.

You see, I can ALREADY see his son unemployed 25 years from today. He doesn't because of...

Ignorance.

Why am I bringing this up?

A lot of good and hardworking people suffer lack and poverty simply because of ignorance.

They live under the illusion that they have to work harder and longer to become richer. Nothing could be farther from the truth.

To give you an idea...

I might do a total of 1 hour of physical work on a given day and spend the rest of that day processing thoughts in my mind.

But you know what?

I've NEVER had a better year financially in my life so far.

My point?

It's NOT about working harder and longer, it's about working on the right things; the things that produce MASSIVE results.

It's about seeing opportunities and seizing them while the world is yet asleep. It's about knowing what to move away from and what to run towards.

I present three of such opportunities to you...
