I am not sure staking LEO will make one rich even though I am extremely optimistic about this project.
That said, I do like your optimism.
Staking make you only rich, when you stake a lot of LEO Token and upvote with them; but the curation are quite small. F.e.: A 100% Upvote by staking 10.000 LEO is about 2.6 LEO which will give you round about 1.2 LEO
