Hello people, I'm a psychologist and when I studied work psychology, which I'm not a specialist in, but I understand a little about the subject, I've checked some things that can help us to get better performance. I say, therefore, most of my current work is done at home on the computer. I think everyone in blockchain steem also has such a system.

So these tips are to save time, have better health, and therefore be better paid for a shorter amount of time.

Hope you like it:

Well, to take the first step in productivity search start planning your day the day before, set everything you need by making a list. That way you will sleep without worrying about what to do the next day and your day will have less wasted time.

Order your main tasks and set the top three priorities of the day, put the most difficult ones to do first.

And another thing that is very interesting is finding out what time of day you are most productive, some people do better in the morning, others in the afternoon, at night or even in the middle of the night.

Do one task at a time, avoiding to solve everything at the same time, always prioritizing the most important and urgent ones. If there are job demands in moments that make it impossible for you to annotate, search for tools that do it for you, like Google Now, which is a kind of digital agenda that accepts voice command. This may make your life easier.

Improve your posture while working, if you spend most of your day sitting, be comfortable and with the correct posture to avoid back pain and muscle pain.

Be organized, leave your files printed and the digital ones in order so that when you need them, your location is fast. And eliminate all forms of distraction that could disrupt your development, such as TV, radio, and especially internet and social networks.

Have you already improved your productivity by changing little things in your routine? Tell us what the process was.

I hope you enjoyed. If you want to complement, be at ease.

Thank you!!
