Steem-Engine - Token mania - Airdrops - New Frontends
Hello, i hope everyone is having a wonderful Sunday morning. The sun is shining with no rain today and the grass needs cut but im gonna take the time and do todays post first. Today i would like to talk about steem-engine and all the tokens are being thrown around at the minute. There are token's for everything, platform tokens, upvote tokens, shit tokens, pegged tokens, investment tokens, miner tokens, you name it and it's there. Currently steem-engine has just under 400 tokens listed but how many of them are any good? New doubt this is all good for STEEM with alot of new activity happening on the blockchain.
I have no idea what is good and what is not to be honest, there are so many stories, posts and comments going about it is hard to keep up. Alot of tokens shot up in value for the next few weeks after they release and then start to fade away into nothing. I dont understand pegged tokens, how does someone that runs a BTC, EOS are LTC pegged token make any money? Surely each token sold is backed? Im starting to get into miner tokens having bought some last night but i still dont really understand to ins and outs of how they work. Steem-engine sure is an interesting place full of opportunity and possible scams. I dont fear scams so much on steem-engine as the steemit community can normally smell bullshit miles away.

For me, steem-engine will be a way to earn extra tokens. This post will go into the steemleo tag as it's investment related and will earn a small amount of leo tokens that i will collect and convert into leo miner tokens. Steem engine in my view only really has 15-20 good long term tokens with the rest being pumps and useless some as any exchange really. I think that converting some of your rewards into ENG is a smart move and of course SPI token is a good long term investment as it's backed about SP. I notice as new tokens are released and airdrops/claimdrops are done, my wallet is filling up with alot of useless crap like 'geek rewards' are 'meme'. They are not really worth anything so do you get rid of them are just HODL cause why not? they are free.
So many things are changing and it's hard keeping up with everything, how are you guys handling all these new tokens and airdrops and new front ends and miner tokens?
I think until I really figure out what each airdrop is, I will just HODL.
I learned quick not to use the LEO tag when It airdropped and I used the tag on a non investment post.....Oops! And got down voted.🙃

No one has been able to tell me....
Don't think you can stake those pegged tokens. I don't have any BTCP, but STEEMP doesn't have the little padlock, neither does CK (contestkings).
I believe only SCOTbot tokens are stakeable.
Just having some fun building a collection of Tokens whether they are worthless or not , in due time I'll learn more about each.
