Steem Monsters Market Misadventures
Please help,
I have attempted twice to purchase individual monster cards and both time I got an alert msg that "the item had been previously sold" after my payment went though. So, funds have been taken from my account and no refunds have been forthcoming and I don't have said objects! Not sure what I can do since I see no contact, info or help buttons on site.
One purchase attempt was today and another was yesterday.
Any ideas? Has this happened to you?

Okay, my bad! I figured it out. My purchases were going to a separate account. I just had to send them as a gift to my other account.
