This is a battle where I planned on Cocatrice being a sponge for incoming blast attacks.

Unfortunately, this strategy didn't pan out since my opponent didn't use any blast battlers. Luckily, my Cocatrice pulled through on dealing damage so I ended up winning the match.

I don't usually use my Cocatrice in battle since there are lower cost damage sponge monsters and mine isn't upgraded to the level where its impossible to hit, but it is nice when it pulls through for you when you use it.
