The Steem-Oracle Project: World Cup Prediction Game Update #1

Hello Steemians! The World Cup got underway yesterday with Russia beating Saudi Arabia 5-0 in the opening match. Amazing display of attack and teamwork from the Russian football team. However, this post is not to provide you with World Cup updates, rather it is intended to give you an update of the Steem-Oracle Project. I am absolutely humbled by the responses I am getting so far. For the first 3 contests that were posted, there were over 30 predictions each. A big thank you to everyone who has participated thus far! Please continue to support this initiative and spread the word. As more Steemians participate, the more accurate the predictions should be.

Croatia vs Nigeria

This was posted not long ago but there are already 30 entries! So far, the Wisdom of Steemians is leaning towards a win for Croatia. Breakdown of the current predictions below:

• Croatia (63.33%)
• Nigeria (23.33%)
• Tie (13.34%)

I am excited to see how well will the Wisdom of Steemians perform, I hope you are excited too. On a side note, please follow the rules carefully. I am now using scripts to gather the data and look through each entry manually. But moving forward, the statistics and rules checking will be fully automated. So if you do not follow the rules closely, you entry might be voided.
