Boat ride in Dubai

This blog is about one of the places in Dubai where in you can experience a boat ride for 1aed. Isn’t it cheap? And most of the tourists have this boat experience. Are you ready guys?

Here is the Bur Dubai, Abra Station. It is located on 3A street in Bur Dubai, on southern side of the Dubai Creek.

Crossing Dubai Creek by boat is a popular mode of transportation for many residents and tourits. The boats used are small motorised water taxis called Abra. It can hold twenty people and offer the cheapest and fastest means of traveling between Deira and Bur Dubai. You only have to pay 1 dirhams per ride. Before riding in Abra you can also enjoy the sight seeing of the sea gulls flying on the place you can feed them also. You will enjoy the very scenic with great views of more traditional buildings and mosques.

Aside from that it is very convenient for the tourist because there’s a lot of attractions and places near Abra Stations. These attraction includes Bastakia Quarter, Deira Fish Market, The Dubai Museum, the Heritage and Diving Village, the Old Souk, the Perfume Souk, the Seikh Mohammed Center for Cultural Understanding and the Spice Souk. You can also see good restaurants nearby.
