In my work
This morning we have a trial mix..
this is the aggregates
It's important to get the right mix for your concrete. The purpose of concrete trial mixes is to enable you to check the strength, workability, density and other properties of concrete mixes. Trial mixes are often undertaken when new materials or admixtures are to be used. Trials are also undertaken when setting up batch data. Trial mixes can help you maximize all the materials in the mix and is important for mix optimization.
And this is the one bagger and here are the aggregates poured to mix together and to be able to mix right,
The concrete slump test measures the consistency of fresh concrete before it sets. It is performed to check the workability of freshly made concrete, and therefore the ease with which concrete flows. It can also be used as an indicator of an improperly mixed batch.
and this is the sample to find out what strength of the concret is being tested and then it will be placed on the compression machine to break when it is on the right day or curing days.
