"Isaw" here in the Philippines

Good day steemians!!
Today i want to share to all of you of one of my Favorite Street Food here in the Philippines. This is what we called "ISAW".
is a well known street food here in the Philippines made from chicken or pork intestines that was grilled.

The street foods here in the Philippines are popular.
and you don’t need to eat at a fine restaurant just to be satisfied. Just look at the side of the road anywhere and you will see the ihaw-ihaw stalls,
You can try this "isaw" and you will not regret the taste when you taste it.

And you can make sure it's clean because the vendors clean it well and they turn the intestines inside out and then clean the inner portion again and they repeat the process several times just to make sure that the intestine is cleaned.

And you can dipped it either in sweet sauce, vinegar with chili and onion or spicy sauce or you can just mix whatever you want.
Plus, you don’t need to spend thousands just to feel full. A few coins in your pocket will do.

Filipinos are known for our foods, but that doesn’t mean that you must not try our street foods when you visit our country.
So if you go here in the Philippines try to taste it!!
