No gov't programs of any substantial impact.
The culture mostly relies of social currency.
On a positive note, cryptos are less regulated here than in the U.S. And the younger generation is getting onboard and empowered.

Most developing countries have no idea about cryptos. So no IRS problems for people who want to get rich off the grid.
