I already in the discord channel and created an account in wordpress for the first time just to participate in this program. I notice I need a business plan upgraded just to install the SteemPress plugin

    Plugins are in general not made available to websites hosted for free on wordpress.com. It's not SteemPress specific, but goes for other plugins too.

    If you want to install a plugin like SteemPress, you should own your own domain name which can be hosted fairly cheaply by many services such as ovh.com, Bluehost.com, etc.
