Had the same idea, a simple steembasicincome lottery without any contest in it.
But be careful:

Posts that require upvotes to enter or play in a contest or game.

    The second and third are optional, and it actually costs me more every time i do this.

    But you are in for 2 spots buddy and i put upvote and resteem are entirely optional.
