RE: Exciting! We Have a Fully Audience Generated Show This Week!
I got a high level question for you.
Say a car is doing 55mph. The top of the tyre is doing 110mph, and the bottom, which is touching the road; isn't sliding or skidding. Since the road is doing 0mph, and the tyre is flush up against it, we can conclude that the bottom section of rubber is doing 0mph too.
So how can that piece of rubber accelerate to 110mph, then slow down to 0mph, then accelerate again.... so many times a second without tearing the whole tyre to pieces?
It's the law of relativity general relativity. Time itself slows down when the rubber hits the road. Thus, the top and bottom of the tire are experiencing time at different speeds.
Or something.
Hahah omg even reading that made my head hurt. 🤣
