Ezekiel Elliott Suspension Update

It is Monday night and Ezekiel Elliott and the Dallas Cowboys still don't have an answer from the NFL if his suspension will be reduced or removed completely. The Cowboys play in 6 days and were hoping for a resolution to this issue today. But nothing happened.
Here is the update so far on the situation:
Arbitrator Harold Henderson is the man in charge of the decision. NFL sources are leaking that he is unlikely to make a decision until after Tuesday. If true, that is great news for the Cowboys. Henderson has until 4pm tomorrow to make a ruling, otherwise, Elliott will be automatically eligible for the game on Sunday night against the New York Giants.
Henderson has 160 pages to go over that he will base his ruling on. If he is too tough on Elliott, then the Cowboys star running back will likely take this to court. If Henderson goes easy on Elliott and reduces the suspension, then that will draw scrutiny and open up a can of worms in future cases. There was 3 days of testifying last week and a ruling was hoped for by today.
Tomorrow night at 6pm, this case will take on a whole new challenge. A judge will hear arguments that are about the effort to stop the suspension that is based on a lawsuit that the Cowboys and Elliott filled last week. This can really go in any direction.
Elliott continues to practice with the Cowboys. Head Coach Jason Garrett was asked about the situation today. He said this, “We are just going to prepare for the Giants. Ezekiel will practice until someone tells him not to.” The Cowboys keep moving forward with the hopes that this all goes away as it appears.
The NFL would be wise to get this situation handled ASAP. The longer this goes, the worse it is for everyone involved.
Im a Dallas Cowboys fan but even if he did not beat his ex girlfriend all the new details and information about his life has made me go against him as a person. I hope he changes but unless he stops partying and show remorse for his past actions I will assume he is the immature and bad person. Only time will tell. Everybody deserves a second chance but as of now I don't expect much of him as a person.

For what is he suspended?
July of 2016 his girlfriend at the time accused him of beating her on 5 occasions over 3 days. He currently has a 6 game suspension and has appealed it.

STOPIf the NFL has proof, they should release it. I don't get how Aqib Talib isn't suspended, even after he admitted to shooting himself in the leg after the chargers were drop. How can you let Talib walk free and Zeke get six games? Weren't Zeke's charges dropped?
