I have a case Doc @drasaidy. A 27 years old women G3 P2 A0 suffering Aplastic Anemia. The pregnancy is 32 weeks. Lab : trombositopenia : 45.000, HB : 8, dropping all of blood cells. She is having regular blood transfusion. She feels weakness, irregular HR, mucose bleeding. What is the best delivery option? Can she deliver normally? Or caesarean ?
