Insightful. A major point that I would suggest is that science, while it can be collaborative is intrinsically competitive. The greatest attribute or religion is that it creates a wonderful sense of community and support that we desperately need. Science needs community(religion) to bring out the best support system and strength for science to thrive.

I see that you are from Venezuela. I’ll be reading your posts to see how things are evolving in your country. The news that we get about Venezuela is usually not very good. It will be nice to see an honest opinion about life there. Hopefully the future will be better.
