We all love the yellow, mushy and sweet fruit. They have been around for some centuries now. Bananas are everyone’s favorite, and they do well to provide our body with essential nutrients and energy as they are rich in fiber, vitamins and sugar. Doctors will always recommend it to their patients.
Americans consume more bananas than oranges and apples put together yearly. It is the most consumed fruit in the United States.

We all hate one thing about bananas, and it is fact that they cannot be kept for so long as black and brown spots begin to appear on them. And most of the time, we throw it in to the garbage. By the end of the post, you suppose you will say, ‘what a waste of fruit all this years’.
The dark spots that appears on bananas are not a sign that it is rotten, but that they start to ripen, so the more the brown (or dark) spot, the better. How do I mean?
The dark spot represent the Tumor-Necrosis Factor, which is a cancer fighting substance. The more the dark spot, the more TNF.
