Since the recent London Steemsugar Meet Up was an absolute success, it is time to re-introduce @steemsugars !

Especially after the latest changes and announcements, we all think this as 100% necessary. Also, there have been some minor miscommunications and slight misunderstandings snd confusion during @aggroed's show last Saturday about Steem Queens, since @meanmommy33 couldn't participate (was flying back to Copenhagen from London) and the assigned representative @teodora coudn't connect to the server live, so it seemed like a good idea to clear things up at this moment ;)

The Steemsugar Idea was born in the mind of @meanmommy33, the creator of the group, during/right after Steem Fest 2 in Lisbon.

She immediately shared her idea with her @steemfest gals, @immarojas, @teodora and @osm0sis and they all thought that was a great idea, so she launched it - initially on Steemit and pretty fast on Discord too. That is the core team and the 3 friends are now Representatives, which means they can act as hosts when MeanMommy is unavailable.

But what was the idea? To bring more women on Steemit and generally crypto of course!

Purpose of Creation - of the account and the discord

Initially the purpose was to get women all together in order to get more women to the platform - so existing members bringing new members! Now we are big enough to do so! The group now counts officially more than 150 people on Discord :D Of course, men you share our views are more than welcome - we already have some guys in the group, called 'boysugars' :D

How do you join

Simply click the banner at the end of the post and it'll take you to our discord. Also you're welcome to follow this account or @meanmommy33 - or message her directly on Discord @meanmommy33#9667, where she can answer all of your questions! When you do, please read all pinned posts in all channels - it'll give you a better idea of how the group works and what to expect.

As mentioned plenty of times before TO BRING MORE WOMEN on STEEMIT and in CRYPTO - come on girls, we can do it !!!

Being a member of @steemsugars can help you evolve within the platform. We all support each other and we have already some great Steemians on the team we are proud of [no, we're not going to name them - you know...!!! ;) ]. @meanmommy33 is doing her best to follow up on all the steemsugar posts, curating manually ;) Using the #steemsugars hashtags makes it even easier! Of course, our team can get much bigger soon, by brining girls to Steemit!!!

Rules - if you recently joined or you're thinking of joining, here are some simple stuff you need to know:

1. ALWAYS TALK ABOUT STEEMSUGARS! The more we promote, the more we'll expand!
2. BE NICE (sounds silly but it's very important)
3. Respect other people and views in here - we're way too many to be the same.
4. Please follow potential instructions from the Creator , Coordinator or Representatives, if needed ;)
5. Please,BE active.
   This is not yet another discord that we just post on promo.
   We talk,we interact,we suggest,we bring more people. If you don't do any of these things,maybe that is not the right server for you.
6. Last but not least: SPAM and PLAGIARISM are not tolerated in this group.
7. If you get offended, harassed or abused SPEAK UP!

News

@RedRica was assigned by @meanmommy33 as a Coordinator, which means she can kick/ban members, welcome new members and answer steemsugar related questions when she is not available. Also, she assigned the role of Representative to @teodora @Lola.Imma and @osm0sis [the girls of the core team] in case they need to fill in for her.
Also, our valuable member @natureofbeing, who has been here almost from the start, supporting by curating and bringing more girls to the group, also deserves a separate role and that is of Head Curator (she has more rep and power than anyone anyway :D) and Mentor -for when we get more girls outside Steemit on Steemsugars! We really hope she'll provide her precious help when not too busy at work and with beloved @sndbox ;)

There are some few roles to be assigned, maybe @meanmommy33 would be another mentor but not sure yet.

We are still all equal in here, clearly, all views and opinions are respected BUT please NO DRAMA. Also, some sense of humor is always nice but maybe not too much since we're a lot in here now and misunderstandings are probable.
