Yeah, that is not supported yet, because it is not possible to use the same image hosting as Steemit when not having Steem keys, just SteemConnect tokens, so we will have to crash that one using some other approach, but it is definitely pretty high on our list...

It is possible to upload images now. There is a button for that right under the story body text area. Enjoy Steeve ;-)
