If by chance, you like a gas diet such as a helium-diet, though I'd advise not to try this at home, there is a chance you may get it cold in no time. It will be a hilarious experience that will leave you sounding like a chipmunk.
Sounded this way one time at a party. Everyone noticed i sounded weird and Mom thought i was making it up.

So radio won't work, Let's give Nitrogen a shot. With a blast of Nitrogen, one could make an icicle in about 10 seconds.
Nitrogen? Sound like something that may work :)
It definitely would, and given its abundance, we're free to make icicles outta anything for so little an amount sir.
