The cloaking technology would come in handy in a war scenario. Imagine when enemy soldiers have these cloaks on, they would be almost invisible.
But for me, I'd prefer technology grants me telekinetic superpowers, lol.

Yes, but it may contravene the Geneva convention in warfare. But in war, many do not play fair.
Such is life, one must not play by the rules only, but outside it as well
