I do agree that it seems too good be true, but comparing this to a traditional humidifier isn't 100% accurate. A humidifier has to pump air past its condensers while this water bottle can be attached to a bike or hiker which would allow for airflow. Therefore, the power source only needs to condense water. Either way, you're probably right that they're exaggerating their claims.
