I've flagged him before as his rewards are excessive. He may say I'm a 'hater', but I'm not interested in the content of his posts. He is being selfish in buying so many votes that take rewards away from others. Let his followers decide what the posts are worth. Some people seem addicted to being on trending, but it's not really buying you Internet fame as the audience is tiny compared to other platforms.
