When he walked his way, he shone with the sun. Even in the morning or late evening he was in a good mood.

Of course he was popular, far and wide. For all mums, he'd be the son-in-law of choice.

One day, the little frog was on his own, he met an old frog. The old one was already very, very yes very old and ugly, wrinkled and frail. He sat on a stone, his walking stick was lying on the ground and he groaned in front of himself.

The old frog saw the little frog, smiled at him and asked for some water and a leaf in the shade. The little frog smiled back, brought him a sip of water and a huge leaf for his size. He also returned the walking stick to him.

The old frog recovered quickly was grateful and began to tell his little friend his story, his very, very long life. The little frog listened very attentively, but the story began with "I was once a very, very small, petite fellow, just like you...., he told a lot of exciting, beautiful stories from his life; and so time passed, and they paid less attention to their surroundings. And so the little, even so small, petite frog did not notice that behind his back a very large snake, slowly and quietly, had already sneaked up to him.

The little frog was about to turn around, as the snake bit its mouth wide open. The mouth was so wide open that the little frog fit in twice.

The little frog already in the mouth of the snake, on the left and right the teeth of the snake. He thought it was over now.

The old frog, the snake between the upper and lower jaws of the old frog, put his hand along with him in a flash. So the snake couldn't bite.

The little frog was able to escape from the giant mouth without being disturbed and hid, together with the old frog, in a bush. The small, petite frog with its big eyes looked at the old frog and embraced and pressed him.

He was so happy.

The old frog had tears dripping from his wrinkled eyes on the back of the little frog, he was so happy.

Both were now friends for life and if they have not died yet, they are still alive today. Maybe if you walk down the path and you see a very, very small, petite frog, then you know what I mean.
