Ampe is a simple game played by school-age children originating in Ghana and also played in neighbouring areas. It is played by two or more players and requires no equip men.

Cultural dance-Ghana "Adowa"
A typical "Adwoa dance"Adowa is a dance by the Akan people of Ghana.It is a popular traditional dance in Ghana and they are performed at cultural ceremonies like funerals, festivals, engagements, and celebrations. The Adowa dance is a sign of expression that allows performers to communicate their emotions and feelings through their hands. There are different hand movements performed for each setting, people will communicate positive emotions at weddings or engagements and negative emotions at funerals.
Ghanaian foods"fufu"
Fufu (variants of the name include foofoo, fufuo, foufou) is a staple food common in many countries in Africa such as Ghana and Nigeria. It is often made in the traditional Ghanaian and Nigerian method by mixing and pounding separate equal portions of cassava and green plantain flour thoroughly with water. It is then adjusted to either increase or decrease the viscosity of the fufu depending on personal gastronomic preferences.[1] Other flours, such as semolina, maize flour or mashed plantains may take the place of cassava flour. Fufu is often served with groundnut soup, palm nut soup or light soup. fufu with goat meat.
