Is this enough rabbits?
Don't really have a suitable story for this, kinda sorta strangeness I can't my head around. there were 289 rabbits found in a house in Folsom California (country western song by Johnny Cash "Stuck in Folsom Prison Fame).
My best guess is someone had dreams of being the warden, in true prison fashion there were representatives of virtually all available breeds and probably many crossbreeds and some inbred. The next most demented possibility is a practice black ops rendition site.
The happy ending, for the rabbits is that they staged a mass breakout and were spotted by a local cop that helped with freeing the remaining prisoners and aiding them with an organization that provides rehab and housing as well as health care.
Too bad we can't seem to do the same for humans.
