This really spoke to me! Just last week I caught a guy flying a drone over our house and had a huge argument with him. He maintained he was just "practising" his photography - I stood out front of my house and ranted till he downed that thing and turned it off - and made it quite clear that I did NOT give him permission to photograph my home, my daughter or myself. Did it help? Probably not. But I will not go down easily in this war, even if it is one not likely to be won.
