My experience with a Ouija board

A true story-

I never actually used a Ouija board but that night i had just finished karate practice, i was a confident athlete, it was my sophomore year (about 15 years old), the sun was going down and i was getting on my bicycle to ride home.

My home was 3 miles from the karate school so it seemed like any other night, me, the fresh air, southern Oregon and its warm clean temperatures with the wind just dry enough to evaporate the sweat i had accumulated from my amateur training.. About 1 mile into my bike ride, in a suburb i saw a group of about 5 kids and they all had wood sticks that made them look even smaller. The kids were about 6-11 various ages. They were all very frightened and waved me down on the sidewalk so i stopped my bike and asked what was wrong.

"There is a tall man with a black robe in our house"

I obviously had reason to immediately be concerned. I could tell there was no way they would go inside.
Why is there a man in there? I replied

"we were playing with a Ouija board and he came walking into the room, he was really tall" one of the small girls quickly replied.

At this point i just wanted to keep riding my bike home. What if there was a crazy person? What if the culprit was just their relative playing a joke on them and some random stranger (me) walked into the house. But deep down i knew that if i didnt go in and see for myself that i would wonder what it was for the rest of my life, i had to see for myself.

Ok all of you drop your sticks and you (pointing at the largest stick that i saw) hand me that one. All of you stay behind me and be quiet I said. Then i asked - where are your parents? one of the boys this time said they were not home and that their neighbor was watching them.

I proceeded with my little band of hobbits and my large stick to truly see what this being could be doing in this realm..

As i walked inside the small home i saw a Ouija board on the living room table, went about the 2 bedrooms turning on the lights and even looking under the beds. The kids seemed relieved and so was I, seeing a 8 foot cloaked man with a robe and no face would be a life changer.

Throw that away! i said walking outside the house pointing to the board on the way out. I was upset that evil had frightened these poor kids. The kids agreed, thanked me and I told them to go to their neighbors house.

I didn't see anything.. but oddly part of me wished I had.
