Coki lives in a small wooden cage beside Nurma's house Coki is a Gibbon (Symphalangus syndactilus) white hand, he lives with a farming family in Gunong Cut, he was found as a baby without any mother before being rescuing by Nurma and Hasan and raised for 7 years, the farming family tried several times to release Coki into the forest back to his normal life but Coki went back to Nurma and Hasan place every time, he is now living in a wooden enclosure next to their house. The gibbon are a species highly threatened while living in the jungle, as Indonesia destroys more and more of the forest every day, for exotic wood extraction and palm oil plantation, young primates such as gibbon are often captured for the illegal pet market trade.
