Thank you @joalvarez! Sorry to hear about the hard times but I'm glad you guys are working through it. It's frustrating to try to convince others to make the transition. Some see the light, others don't. I think a lot of it has to do with how risk-averse you are. What people don't think about is how incredibly risky it is to work for someone else.
