Any person or Legal Entity conducting exploration and drilling activities including excavation, plastering and retrieval of underground water for various purposes may only be carried out after obtaining permission from the Mayor. The type of underground water management permit consists of the Company's License of Underground Water Drilling, Borrow Permit, Underground Water Permit, Underground Permission Permit, and Underground Water Exploration Permit.
