Sleep Paralysis is a feeling of being conscious but unable to move. It occurs when a person passes between stages of wakefulness and sleep. You going to wake up and it feels like someone is pulling you or a heavy feeling in your breathe or feel choking. You know what happens to your surrounding but you can’t move or even speak.

You see something scary a next to you, bad elements or superstitious character. You want to ask help and shout but there is no voice getting out from your mouth. You want to move but it feels like your body is tight in cords.

Well, this is sleep paralysis, a sleep condition that sometimes bothers our self and mind. It can take 2 seconds or 2 minutes on how you deal with it. Sometimes it will be gone if someone snaps you to wake you up. Sleep paralysis may accompany other sleep disorders such as narcolepsy. Narcolepsy is an overpowering need to sleep caused by a problem with the brain's ability to regulate sleep.

To avoid this you need to lessen your stress, proper exercise for your body and enough sleep. If you are sick be sure you are tracking when you take your medicine and know the effect of subscriptions by your doctor. And always take 8 glass of water every day. Sleep paralysis cannot consider as Medical Emergency.

There is a certain aspect that cannot explain by science or medical field but the best tool to deal this is faith with prayers. And I know that no ones would like to keep experience this but a peaceful and nice sleep routine.

Did you experience this?
