Davi Silva looked at the warped map in his hands and suddenly felt alone.

He walked over to the window and reflected on his beautiful surroundings. He had always loved tropical Maui with its broken, but beautiful beach. It was a place that encouraged his tendency to feel alone.

Then he saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the figure of Gemma Bishop. Gemma was a peculiar volcano with solid hands and charming warts.

Davi gulped. He glanced at his own reflection. He was a bold, greedy, cocoa drinker with spiky hands and fat warts. His friends saw him as a loud, late lover. Once, he had even saved a hissing chicken that was stuck in a drain.

But not even a bold person who had once saved a hissing chicken that was stuck in a drain, was prepared for what Gemma had in store today.

The clouds danced like skipping guppies, making Davi shocked.

As Davi stepped outside and Gemma came closer, he could see the glint in her eye.

Gemma glared with all the wrath of 20 hungry rich rats. She said, in hushed tones, "I hate you and I want equality."

Davi looked back, even more shocked and still fingering the warped map. "Gemma, I am an illusion," he replied.

They looked at each other with fuzzy feelings, like two rich, red rabbits sitting at a very greedy birthday party, which had flute music playing in the background and two incredible uncles running to the beat.

Davi studied Gemma's solid hands and charming warts. Eventually, he took a deep breath. "I'm sorry," began Davi in apologetic tones, "but I don't feel the same way, and I never will. I just don't hate you Gemma."

Gemma looked ecstatic, her emotions raw like a roasted, rough rock.

Davi could actually hear Gemma's emotions shatter into 3552 pieces. Then the peculiar volcano hurried away into the distance.

Not even a mug of cocoa would calm Davi's nerves tonight.
