You should attach an image, but if its borrowed from the internet you should cite where it is from. The real content is what you are conveying. Consider a post like a short chapter in a book. Teach something, explore something, or even tell a story. But short sentences that about your self or an image are usually not interesting.

Images just make the content more appetizing. They arent content.
