Resting While Sipping a Cup of Coffee Turns out to Have Many Benefits
Coffee has become the prima donna of Indonesian society. Besides believed to increase productivity, coffee also has many other health benefits.
I believe, a good time for coffee at lunchtime. Because a cup of coffee or other drink containing caffeine at the same time helps keep up the sluggish evening. It is said Professor David Benton, a psychologist at the University of Wales.
Some research results suggest that coffee does not cause health problems at a consumption level below 4-6 cups a day. Although caffeine is a little diuretic, there is still a net hydration of the body when you drink it.
Most importantly, scientists from the UK have proven that consuming good coffee is not in the morning, but around 01.00 pm. British scientists have carefully studied the effects of coffee on the human body and come to the conclusion that the morning is not the right time for consumption of coffee drinks.
