On integrity :

Integrity goes beyond keeping what is committed into your hands to growing what is committed into your hands,

that's why the bank does not give loan to an idle man, but to a man who is already growing something,
because they needed to be sure that their fund can grow in your hands, and that you can pay the interest or forfeit the collateral,

I saw the wise act foolishly in 2015 when some of our best brains came together to say that " since the man has been head of state, minister, PTF chairman and yet he is still poor, that he is a man of integrity....... What!

Integrity goes beyond keeping something to growing something, it doesn't mean being poor, because smallness is not always synonymous with correctness........

Even in the parable of talents, Matthew 25:14-30 a man received 5 talents and traded with them and got another 5, the second man received 2 and traded with them and got another 2, the guy who received 1 didn't loose it neither did he grow it, rather he kept it well and returned it to his master, his master called him wicked and lazy servant....... If just keeping it was the definition of integrity, the master would have said, at least thank you for keeping it faithfully.....

Please go beyond just keeping something to growing something....

growth is synonymous to life...... dare to grow, also dare to grow the things and the people committed into your hands......
