A story about kingsley and cynthia

Once upon a time kingsley and his sister named cynthia visited their grandparents at their farm. So then kingsley picked up a slingshot to play with out in the woods. He practiced in the woods but he could never hit the target. So Getting a little discouraged, kingsley headed back for the lunch. As he was walking back he saw his Grandma’s pet duck.

Just out of impetus, kingsley let the slingshot fly which hit the duck square in the head and killed it instantly. So He was shocked and grieved. In a panic, he hid the dead duck in the pile of woods. But his sister cynthia had seen it all from the window but all she did was to say nothing.

Then, After the lunch, the next day Grandma said, “cynthia, let’s wash the dishes.” cynthia said, “But Grandma, kingsley told me he wanted to help in the kitchen.”

Then she whispered to kingsley, “Remember the duck?” in shock, kingsley got nervous knowing his sister knew about the duck and if he doesn’t obey, his sister might tell his grandparents about it. So without saying anything, he did the dishes.

Later that day, Grandpa asked if the children wanted to go for fishing but Grandma said, “I’m sorry but I need cynthia to help me make a supper.” cynthia just smiled and said, “Well that’s all right cause kingsley told me he wanted to help
Then again the sister whispered to kingsley, “Remember the duck?” So cynthia went fishing and kingsley stayed to help. After some several days of cynthia taking advantage of kingsley, he finally couldn’t stand it any longer. So He came to Grandma and finally confessed that he had killed the duck.

Then, Grandma knelt down, gave him a hug and said, my sweet son I know. I was standing at the window and I saw the whole thing that happened, but because I love you, I forgave you. I was just wondering how long you would let cynthia take advantage of you.”
