Stray Dogs

The stray dog problem is a problem that has gotten out of hand in many countries.
I can't take my child to the park next to the house for 2 years.
because the park is occupied by 8-10 dogs the size of a calf.
and
2 dog-loving women constantly feed them with bags of food, and when we talk about them, they walk towards us.

This disgrace must be put to an end, neutering or something. Which one would you get neutered when there are tens of millions of dogs?

In developed countries, dogs are taken to shelters and put to sleep if they are not adopted for 2 weeks. staring at the shelter forever is not the solution, and which shelter will fit so many dogs.

Are these dogs more important than people who die and crippled children?
