3 Ways to cope with stress.
Everyone have stress. I doubt you have it too. A suitable level of stress can be productive while excess of them might be as harmful as drugs. Therefore, here i provide all of you a few methods to cope with your stress.
1| Have a nap
Yes. You didn't see it wrong. Sleeping can actually help you to lower your stress level. When you are sleeping, your brain started to cleaning your mind and recover. Muscle started to be relax and becoming less contracted. After a nap, you will probably become more confident as you are more concentrate now to face the problem which produce stress.
2| Talk to someone
It no needed to be a psychology or psychiatrist, you may simply have some chit chat with your family membera or friends or whatever any people available. Talking with others will relieve your stress by distracting you and provide some unexpected answer to the problem which you may be stuck on.
3| Have some exercise
Exercise will triggers your body to release endorphin. It makes you feel happier and think positively. In this case, you will feel more comfortable after having exercise. The tiredness also help you to go into sleep quickly which you will have no worry on your atress anymore. Endorphin also provise a confident state for you to cope with the problem which makes the stress.
