Motivation is the driving force that drives our behavior and gives us the feeling of wanting to take the necessary actions to achieve certain goals. Not having this feeling and falling is a state of discouragement, this is called "demotivation" which is a state that we have all experienced on occasion. When we are unmotivated it is as if the forces abandon us and many of the activities that used to animate us lose their appeal. This usually happens to us when it comes to studying, just at the moment of beginning we feel fatigue, sleepiness, headache; and many times you try to motivate yourself with expressions like "I like to study", "here I will emphasize", "I will give the best of me", "I propose to achieve what I want". But when there is no authentic intrinsic motivation, that autosuggestion does not work, and is generated for different reasons such as:
- Economic Environment: If we are in an altered society and a destabilized economy this is probably one of the causes, since our needs are economically difficult, such as attending classes or doing our assignments and assignments for the home, as well as the lack of tools and equipment that facilitate studies.
Social Environment: Interaction with other people always has an impact on your ideas, whether positive or negative. If you meet negative people who are stealing your energy all the time, then you may lose motivation.
Environments: The simple fact of not having a good place or study area can lead to demotivation, factors or conditions such as the lack of good lighting, lack of comfort at the time of sitting to study, noise and discomfort, all these limit us.
Do not see results: If you work hard to achieve certain purposes and do not see good results, then it is easy to fall prey to demotivation. In those moments we can begin to experience a series of negative thoughts.
Low levels of physical energy: If your body is exhausted, then you will not be able to feel motivated to do any homework.
Change in conditions: This happens frequently when new policies, procedures and a significant change in the way of doing things or relating to others are put in place, also when alteration occurs in our time due to other factors.
Absence of clear goals: When we do not have well-defined objectives to guide our steps, it is easy to fall into discouragement, since we feel that we are working hard without knowing very well why. It is a fairly common problem, especially when we make decisions by inertia, moved by circumstances and without reflecting on what we really want.
**Fear: ** Fear is a very limiting emotion that paralyzes us and prevents us from moving forward. When we are afraid, even if only a part of us experiences it, the demotivation and the loss of enthusiasm can act as a defense mechanism that tries to keep us safe.

Organize and distribute your time, determining hours to study, hours to work, hours to rest, and hours to perform any physical activity that keeps us active and energized.

Simply you are not directing the changes, the new terms no longer seem to you. All these factors are foreign and superior to you, and it is almost impossible to solve them or reverse them. Then you must choose some option, adapt to the new or look for other options.
You need to take good care of your self-esteem, because if you neglect it, little by little your life degrades, just as it happens with addictions. You must stay active, go for a walk, perform yoga, meditation, sports, attend the gym or some physical training, courses to learn about new cultures.
Keep your personal study place, and give it to respect for others while you are concentrated studying, give it a good lighting and comfort.
Surround ourselves only with positive people. Sometimes we surround ourselves with negative people and only by affection we do not notice the damage we do, it is not about being selfish or bad people, but about limiting ourselves to some influences and energies. Let's try to help them too.
