2018/3/5 this day is my first handmade noodle(suta) day

i remember my first handmade noodle day.(forward , to easy i say handmade noodle to suta).now suta is big part in my life,but in that time i am very unfamiliar with suta.in suta, the first thing is "hit the flour on the table" this step is first step.
the first step make the flour more softly and then we can do next step.
i start the suta because of my wipe's cousin advice.in 2017 december, my family went for a vacation in philippines.there is my wipe's cousin and my family have a good time for a 1 month.in that time me and my wipe thought the philippines life is more good than we expected.so i ask him advice then he want me to learn the suta.
after that i have learned suta for a 6 month.
suddenly the sentence in my favorite movie come to my mind.
"Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get."
i never have known i will make a handemade noodle,untill now, sometimes i think it is so amazing.
i only remember my arm and shoulder have so pain in that day. and i thought "how can i do this?"
like this, my suta life is beginning
