1.Groom Yourself and Dress Nicely
It's great to imagine that how much of difference a shower and shave can make in your feeling of self confidence. if you dress nicely, you’ll feel good about yourself. You’ll feel successful and presentable and ready to tackle the world.
2. Dont think negative be positve
Your negative thoughts might sound like this: "I can't do that," "I will surely fail"etc....
This negative inner voice is pessimistic and unhelpful and will hold you back from achieving high self-esteem and greater self-confidence.
3.Act Like A Gentleman And Be Confident
Our feelings and actions are joined together. We can not control our feelings directly. but it is possible through acting.Your body language can instantly demonstrate self-assuredness, or it can scream insecurity.
