WASTING TIME | Thought Sandwich

No matter what our goals are, we're all guilty of not achieving them because we waste too much time.
So today we want to talk about setting up your priorities and schedule, in a way that helps you get closer to achieving your dreams and living the best life you can imagine.

We already said this a couple of times, but having a goal without a plan is a foolproof way to fail.

Every morning when you wake up, you have to know exactly what, when and why you're doing something.
Make a schedule and try sticking to it as much as possible.
At first, you're probably gonna screw up, but the next day you're gonna do a bit better and constant improvement is what it's all about.

You can shape your schedule in a way that suits you most, but make sure it's still based on your priorities.
Limit your TV, video games and smartphone time and invest the time you gained by doing that.
Research different topics that can help you achieve your dream, whether that's travel, starting your own business or simply finishing your degree.

Sticking to a schedule will make you feel so much more relaxed because you won't have so many things to do.
Instead of daunting enormous tasks, you'll do smaller ones every day and achieve your goals much more easily.
And it's going to free up a lot of your time to do things you actually enjoy doing, instead of hiding. Things like going on a trip with your friends or taking a cooking class.

You have 24 hours in a day and sadly too many of those are wasted on things that are not beneficial for your health or future.

Most people get scared when you tell them how much work they have put into something if they want to be successful, but the feeling you have at the end of an extremely productive day is much better than the one you get when you procrastinate and hide from reality.
And procrastinating is nothing but refusing to do anything because that's the only way you can't be criticized or fail.

And maybe you've been procrastinating for so long that everything piled up and you have no idea where to start.
But how do you think you're going to get out of this mess?
By repeating the same mistake and procrastinate pretending your problems aren't real?
Or are you going to sit down and make a list of everything that needs to be done and get going?
The way we see it, there isn't really a choice.
