(steemit suggestions) Please add a search filter option that randomizes new posts in the past 24 hours

since so many posts are added every 10 minutes or so it is easy for a quality posts to be missed and buried in the sea of new content.
we need a way to unearth these gems.
having more tools/ways to browse through the new content like the ability to randomize posts in the last 24 hours could help with this.

Another idea would be to have a way to pay to increase your chances of your post being seen on steemit.
When randomizing new posts paid for posts would have a small ad/sponsored icon next to it to said it was paid to have bit more exposure. These posts would have a slightly higher chance of appearing in the randomization, maybe between 5 and 10% depending on value as well as perhaps be shown at the front/top of the list.

also maybe another filter feature that only list posts from reputable/established posters with a great track record for posting quality content, or up and coming posters that have had some quality posts.
