Ingredients Of Mixed Sprouts Corn Chaat

  1. 15g mixed sprouts, boiled
  2. 15g corn, boiled
  3. 1 tomato, finely chopped
  4. 1 onion, finely chopped
  5. 1 Tbsp coriander chutney
  6. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  7. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder or paprika
  8. Salt to taste
  9. A handful pomegranate seeds, to garnish
  10. A handful freshly chopped coriander leaves, to garnish

How to Make Mixed Sprouts Corn Chaat

  1. Soak the sprouts overnight and next morning pressure cook it for around 10-15 minutes. Strain well.
  2. Now in as bowl, combine all the ingredients together and serve. Simple to prepare, easy to consume.

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes + overnight soaking
Total Cook Time: 30 minutes+ overnight soaking
