MR. FAT-MAN: What Are The Fruits That Will Help Me To Lose Weight?

chubby.PNG

Hello everybody, especially for someone like me who are having difficulty on losing weight. I'm a 21 years old chubby person and a college student in a State University here in the Philippines. So, why I want to lose weight? Mmmm???... I want to use my old clothes again and I missed my old body(I'm not sexy, actually I don't have a six pack abs from the old days(1 pack ab YES! kidding)). I'm not trying to lose weight just to be someone else, because more importantly that you are positive, confident and healthy.
I do have a girlfriend and that's fine with her. But I want some changes and say "NO THANKS TO SWEETS!" 3 years ago I did lose weight and I did it with no eating for weeks but the consequences was my body had pale and I've had sick for a week.

FRUITS THAT RICH IN FIBER WILL HELP ME?

According to my research "Dietary fiber is a plant-based nutrient that is sometimes called roughage or bulk. It is a type of carbohydrate but, unlike other carbs, it cannot be broken down into digestible sugar molecules. Therefore, fiber passes through the intestinal tract relatively intact. However, on its journey, fiber does a lot of work."

The term “dietary fiber” refers to the indigestible parts of plant-based foods. In other contexts, “fiber” might refer to plant-based cloth, but when speaking of nutrition, the terms “fiber” and “dietary fiber” are often interchangeable.

Fiber is important to digestion and regularity, weight management, blood sugar regulation, cholesterol maintenance and more, according to Paige Smathers, a Utah-based dietitian. It has also been linked to longevity and decreasing the risk of cancer.

Soluble fiber - This type of fiber dissolves in water to form a gel-like material. It can help lower blood cholesterol and glucose levels. Soluble fiber is found in oats, peas, beans, apples, citrus fruits, carrots, barley and psyllium.
Insoluble fiber - This type of fiber promotes the movement of material through your digestive system and increases stool bulk, so it can be of benefit to those who struggle with constipation or irregular stools. Whole-wheat flour, wheat bran, nuts, beans and vegetables, such as cauliflower, green beans and potatoes, are good sources of insoluble fiber.

HOW MUCH FIBER ? Mmm.....?

I also found this in the internet "the 2015–2020 Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommends that women ages 19–50 get from 25–28 grams of fiber daily; men ages 19–50 should aim for 30–34 grams each day."

Not just fruits and vegetables that contains high fiber but also meat with protein that will help you to grow your muscles and not just muscles but also bones . Anyway, I just want to add this information that may help us healthy.
