But The Machine triumphed in the end it seems? I love the way they setup the ending. Even 10 years from now someone could spin up another series and have it still be a reasonable plot.
Do you think a system like The Machine where it is closed and only gives the government "valid threats" (I don't remember the exact term from the show, it's been a while) would be a reasonable option (at least in a lesser of 2 evils way) as compared to a fully controlled system like Samaritan? I personally feel it may have its advantages.
