I wouldn't be surprised if they have already been testing this with the cameras that are all over our cities. I read a couple of years ago they were trying facial recognition with them in some cities in New York and Florida (with poor results at that time).

I think we have seen that there have been many cases of judicical/law enforcement misconduct in regards to the manipulation/fabrication of evidence to railroad people into the for profit prison system. I have been concerned over this in regards to the DNA aspect for some time, as the average person does not have the monetary means to combat the labs and their claims. Fingerprint evidence is not as foolproof as many have been led to believe from the media and movies either.

Yeah, they probably try it out when new tech advances, at least the more secret agencies as they can get access to public feeds. The police probably dont bother though.

Yah, DNA can be planted too. The finger prints being not 100% accurate I've also written about a few months back ;)
