A life hack everybody should know.
I was and I still am a huge fan of Mr. Bear Grylls. During my college days, I was browsing through his videos on YouTube. Then I came across a video, where he teaches the audience, how to survive if you fall into a freezing icy cold water.
Now let's get started,in places like Antarctica, the temperature of water can fall way below the freezing point. Now, if you accidentally step onto a weaker piece of ice, you might fall into the freezing water, which flows beneath it. In such situations your body is most likely to fall into any of the below mentioned states
- A sudden shock
- Massive cardiac arrest.
Which eventually will lead you to death . So, in situations like this just try to minimise your body movements.
While you are still inside the water. Try to control your breath and maintain calm as much as possible. The more movements you do, the more heat your body dissipates hence your body's heat reserve will start consuming faster. Because of which your proximity to death increases . Your aim should be to keep the body heat intact as long as you can, so that you have time to plan your next survival move.
